How to use?
To use it warm:
MICROWAVE:
Place gel pack in the microwave for approximately 30 second (if the gel pack is at room temperature) or 1 minute (if the gel pack is frozen) on high power.
HOT WATER:
Immerse the gel pack in water for approximately 4-10 minutes.
To use it cold:
Store in the freezer so that the pack is always ready to be used. It takes approximately an hour to freeze the pack.
Caution: When using pack (warm or cold), always protect the skin by wrapping the pack in a towel.
