Sedikit – sedikit lama -lama jadi bukit..hurm..percaya atau tidak, alhamdulillah, walaupun dengan skali sesi pam dalam 20-30min, jumlah keseluruhan hanya dapat 2.5 – 4 oz, tapi berkat usaha gigih dan niat yang betul, ku berjaya kumpul 80botol 3oz each dlm tempoh cuti pantang sebelum bekerja dan sedia untuk anak pertamaku..Hafsah! (really miss this pic! gambar ni tiada kena mengena dengan diri sesiapa kecuali diriku, hafsah dan abi hafsah..+zahid the new born!
EBM ini dikumpul tanpa makanan tambahan yang dijual dipasaran untuk meningkatkan susu ibu. Cuma perlu ada ilmu pengetahuan dan juga kesungguhan untuk meneruskan penyusuan susu ibu secara eksklusif! (walaupun saya menggunakan medela Freestyle, tapi bukan pam ye penyebab susu boleh banyak, cuma ia memudahkan pemerahan, menyenangkan bagi ibu yang superb bz, dan memberi motivasi untuk terus buat EBM. tak guna juga kalau beli pam mahal, tapi tiada kesungguhan, niat dan usaha yang gigih ye..)

Kenapa saya memilih untuk membeli medela FREESTYLE?
Saya dah guna FS utk dua anak:) , So saya hanya boleh cerita pengalaman sendiri seperti dibawah, ia berdasarkan lifestyle dan tempat kerja. Kepada ibu-ibu diluar sana yang dah guna medela FREESTYLE, saya pasti mereka semua tak pernah menyesal and seronok dengan FREESTYLE.
Sebelum saya beli…saya kaji dan dah baca review banyak sangat sampai pening, akhirnya…saya membeli FS . Memang berbaloi sebab:
1 .ada double pam.Biasanya pam susu sebelah B purata dalam 15-20mins, so kalo dua dua belah, dah smpai 45mins. Kalo guna FS, 20min sahaja dah settle.D ofis kene pam 3kali..so dlm sejam la total time hilangkn diri. Kalau orang cari di meja, hilang kejap2 ok le.Kalo pam dalam keadaan rushing dan stress, memang susah untuk susu keluar. Bukanlah 100% faktor jenis pam yang menyebabkan banyak susu keluar,ia bergantung pada hormon kita juga. Sebab pam FS ni dia memudahkan dan relax, tak perlu nak tunduk-tunduk dan sakit leher, tangan, mcm manual pam, tak penat nak tunggu juga..baca Al-Quran dalam beberapa helai muka surat (20min) dah settle sambil sandar didinding. Tak perasan pun dah siap dah pam susu dan hasilnya lebih banyak daripada diri sendiri pam dalam mindset asik nak tengok berapa oz susu keluar, memang confirm susu susah nak keluar, sebab dalaman stress..(memang boleh tanye mana2 ibu lain yang express susu..)
2. Pam fs ni, motor dia tak bising. So tidaklah menarik perhatian sangat pada org lain..kalau pam di surau, tidaklah mengganggu sangat orang lain, pam di meja office pun boleh, guna poncho pun tiada masalah..
3. Fs ni ada rechargeable battery. Saya hanya charge sekali sahaja lepas guna 4hari (sehari saya pam 4 x). So sgt useful. Takdelah perlu charge pam setiap kali balik daripada ofis, banyak lagi benda lain nak buat (urus rumah tangga). Kalo nk pam d tempat tiada electric socket.(Mcm dlm keta, d surau, d meja ofis kalo x sampai wayar), TIADA MASALAH DAN KEPENINGAN4. Saya pernah je pam tgh driving. Sebab di ofis meeting sampai 4jam (2-6pm) dan selepas tu rushing solat asar dan balik nak ambil baby, tapi jalan jam, travel dalam 30min – 1 hour,..so ape lg, terus pasang pam sebelum gerak ke destinasi
4. FS ni bole jadi single pam..masa pantang saya kumpul 80btl, antara tipsnya, setiap kalo baby menyusu sebelah B, saya pam sebelah lagi sambil menyusu. Tiada masalah dan memang mudah sangat handling dia.
5. FS ni motor dia sgt ringan, saya slalu travel. So tak pernah rasa menyusahkan untuk bawa pam ni ke mana2, ke conference pun pernah, ke camp site, dalam kereta, balik kampung, and etc..Pam ni kecil dan tak ambil space dan boleh pegang sambil dukung baby. Ni lah pam paling ringan yang saya jumpa.
6. Apa-apa pun, bagi saya ni worth investment. Alhamdulillah sy dpt fully bf anak smpai 2thn:) even setahun setengah baru campur fm, sbb sy dah mengandung, so susu berkurang. Sy decide beli FS lps sebulan bersalin,sbb lambat buat research ttg pam ni:( , jika tahu awal, saya akan beli awal, tapi syukur Alhamdulillah , sbb mmg ok sangat utk kumpul stok susu dlm 3weeks lps bersalin:)
Kepada all mommy out there yg rasa nak “test” pump ni dulu, boleh datang ke Bandar Sri Putra, slain test, boleh dpt consultation pada cara penggunaan Freestyle, collect ebm masa pantang and handling ebm dan tentang penyusuan pada bila2 masa. Saya telah menggunakan Freestyle lebih daripada satu setengah tahun..dan ia sangat sangat SUPERB! (memudahkan dan menyenangkan dan menggalakkan saya fully BF sampai 2thn..alhamdulillah)

JJ note: Jingle Jungle Breastmilk Storage Bags are for one time use only but can be recycled into trashcan liners and cans, compost bins, shipping envelopes, paneling, lumber, landscaping ties, floor tile and etc… Please clean bags before recycling.
Directions
1. Open the milk bag by gently tearing off the seal at the top and pulling the zipper seal apart
2. Bags are pre-sterilised and do not need to be washed before use
3. Pour breastmilk into storage bag ensuring not to overfill.
4. Seal the bag closed and mark the date and time on the bag
5. When freezing air should be removed as much as possible. Take the bag between your forefinger and middle finger (like scissors) and press the air above the liquid towards the zipper and then seal.
6. To thaw breastmilk, place sealed bag in refrigerator or run under cool tap water. To warm breastmilk, place sealed bag in warm water.
7. Do not microwave breastmilk or storage bags containing breastmilk. Do not thaw breastmilk in very hot or boiling water. Once thawed, do not refreeze or refrigerate breastmilk again.
